Civil litigation associates serve within the areas of insurance defense, professional liability defense and civil litigation. Workers’ Compensation duties include, but are not limited to, research, writing, contentions, evaluation letters, discovery, motions and other litigation support activities. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, have strong research, writing and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently. Position requires sitting for more than 2/3 of the time and ability to focus on a computer monitor for extended periods of time. It also requires a small amount of bending and reaching to access supplies and equipment and enough mobility to move from one area of the office to another at a moderate pace.
