Workers’ Compensation duties include, but are not limited to, research, writing, contentions, evaluation letters, discovery, motions and other litigation support activities.

Ambitious and growing law firm looking for a Workers' Compensation Hearing Representative to deliver excellent service to clients. This position is within the Workers' Compensation Department at Abramson Labor Group. You will have the opportunity to interact with the clients' files throughout the lifecycle of their case and attend hearings relevant to issues that may arise during a client's case.
