Software Product Manager

Role Overview:

• This position leads the continued development and commercialization of LeoLabs' SDA software product.
• You will sit at the intersection of customers, product strategy, engineering, and business objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Own the product and business strategy, including vision, roadmap, positioning, and execution.
• Work directly with customers to identify unmet needs and translate mission problems into clear product direction.
• Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of product management experience with software, data, or highly technical products.
• Experience in space, aerospace, defense, or national-security environments.
• Strong business judgment and ability to connect product decisions to customer outcomes and revenue.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range of $171,000–$194,000 plus bonus and equity.
