Job Description
Category Management:
Manage higher-impact COE categories.
Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of category strategies.
Monitor category performance, supplier dynamics, and compliance levels.
Sourcing Execution:
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities.
Ensure sourcing events follow policies.
Drive supplier base optimization and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
8–12+ years of experience in procurement, category management or sourcing
Advanced negotiation skills
