Job Description

The Conferences and Customer Event Manager will develop strategies for conference participation and customer events that align with overall marketing and sales objectives. They will manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with venues and vendors. Responsibilities include overseeing pre-show planning, booth design, registration, lead capture, and speaker engagements. The manager will also plan and execute proprietary customer events, tailor content to meet specific objectives, and manage event logistics. They will cultivate relationships with vendors and internal teams, establish KPIs, and provide post-event reports. Must be able to travel up to 40%.
