Controller

The Controller will lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. They will oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation in compliance with GAAP. They will serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, prepare audit schedules, manage audit workflow, and ensure timely completion of annual financial audits. The Controller will ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and industry regulations, establish and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures, and support revenue recognition processes in compliance with ASC 606. Also, they will serve as the primary tax liaison coordinating with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate preparation of all tax deliverables and manage and mentor an overseas accounting team to ensure operational excellence and accuracy.
