The Role:

  • You will build event-driven systems that keep claims moving, connecting AI agents to the rest of CCC.
  • You own a product area end to end and define the reliability bar it ships against.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and operate durable, event-driven, multi-tenant systems with deterministic workflows and replay semantics.
  • Own tracing, audit, and data modeling across relational, document, and graph stores.
  • Mentor engineers, review designs, and sharpen agentic coding tools.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with event-driven systems in production.
  • Deep expertise in Python, TypeScript, and a systems language like Rust, Go, Java, or C#.
  • Strong distributed-systems fundamentals and experience with Kafka, Temporal, and cloud platforms.
