Accountabilities:
- Lead the accounting department, including hiring, mentoring, and developing supervisors and senior accountants into future managers
- Establish long-term department structure, processes, and scalable workflows
- Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and quality control to ensure accurate, actionable insights for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred but not required
- 6+ years of experience in public accounting or outsourced accounting
- Experience supervising staff and managing accounting operations in a multi-client or CAS environment
