Job Description
An individual must be able to develop and deliver training (in all training modalities), collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate deep dives into training needs, support product enhancements, increase the team's visibility, and utilize data storytelling to identify training needs. Apply up-to-date expertise to the development, execution, and improvement of training plans. Identify and address operational needs with training development and/or enhancements; audit existing learning materials; create and oversee the development of content, procedures, and tools in a variety of media based on learning needs, target population capabilities, and job requirements; sequence learning objectives, course components, time allotments, and experiential activities. Analyze and evaluate requests for training in order to guide curriculum development; determine skill or performance gaps; develop training metrics aligned with operational key performance indicators (KPIs); develop and approve content based on instructional methods and objectives.
