About the Role:
- Lead the Product Design & Research organization through a fundamental shift to AI-native design.
- Report directly to the CPO and carry real influence over product direction.
Responsibilities:
- Own design strategy and set multi-quarter vision across platform and AI-powered products.
- Rebuild the operating model with decentralized pods embedded in product-line tracks.
- Govern the design system as infrastructure and embed research and data.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of UX or product design experience with a proven track record.
- B2B SaaS background with hands-on fluency in AI-augmented design workflows.
- Strong command of WCAG 2.2 accessibility and experience building design systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated total compensation range of $320,000 - $365,000 per year.
