- We need a design leader who uses AI speed while defending a high bar of design and interaction.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Lead Experience Vision, Design Culture, and the Design System across the platform.
- Own Research Practice, Content Design, and AI UX operating model for strategic outcomes.
What success looks like:
- 90 days: establish designer growth plans, design coverage map, and design system audit.
- 6 months: increase design system adoption, research cadence, and deliver first strategic project.
- 12 months: measurable improvement in resident onboarding, satisfaction, and support deflection.
