Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly and annual financial reporting and close processes across LFM-managed funds.
- Oversee third-party fund administration, treasury management, and loan servicing providers.
- Coordinate financial workstreams for audits, SEC examinations, and strengthen fund finance policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years of progressive fund finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, investment fund accounting, and internal controls.
- Experience managing third-party providers and leading audit processes.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $154,236-$196,651 per year.
