About the Role:
- Own the California revenue plan and build multi-cycle fundraising strategies.
- Manage a senior portfolio of individual donors, foundations, and labor allies.
- Serve as strategic counsel to state and national principals on donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set direction for the call time program and oversee event logistics.
- Supervise and develop California finance staff and consultants.
- Navigate multi-entity compliance and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of senior fundraising experience in political or advocacy settings.
- Proven track record of closing major gifts and owning multimillion-dollar goals.
- Strong data fluency and working knowledge of campaign finance rules.
