Sr. Director Network Administration

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the Americas region’s network strategy, design, operation, and improvement of corporate and cloud networks for all of Sutherlands Business Units. This individual will manage a team of network engineers in our Americas region and be accountable for the design, management, upgrade, implementation strategy and stability of our wireless/wired networks, firewalls, switches, and cloud environment. Accountability extends to maintaining our network security which includes the definition, reporting, and documentation of our network architecture and compliance with peer standards in our other regions. This individual will partner with our Global Network Teams, Server teams and other IT organizations as required to perform associated duties. This position will also work with our vendors and Business team members to design and deliver network services to support and enable Sutherland Business units and its clients. This includes proactive scanning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, managing hardware/software upgrades, Information Security Management as it relates to network infrastructure and actioning urgent response requirements as needed.
