You are the central interface for our field service. You ensure that all orders in the after-sales area are processed reliably and professionally. You answer questions about products, tariffs and processes. With your know-how you ensure clarity and support sales in all matters. You will take over the follow-up of special cases in the order process. In doing so, you take a structured approach and find solutions for complex topics. You strengthen customer satisfaction and recognise opportunities. Even with demanding requests, you remain solution-oriented, develop creative ideas and inspire hesitant customers.
