The General Helper position is critical to the success of the culinary team. The position involves a remote work lifestyle in a camp setting. Maintains a clean and organized workstation throughout shift.

• Maintain daily/rotation schedules across departments; align labour to occupancy and service windows
• Prepare and reconcile flight manifests; coordinate crew changes; communicate delays and update rosters
• Track LOAs, certifications, and cross-shifts; flag gaps to Lodge Manager, Operations Manager and Workforce

• Supervising night shift employees; providing mentorship and training
• Preparing and baking goods from scratch
• Ensuring consistent quality standard in over-all food preparation as per clients’ requirements including consideration to special dietary constraints
