Finance Business Partner

The FP&A Team in Costa Rica is seeking a Finance Business Partner to oversee ECS FP&A functions for North America, serving as an extension of the BU Team in the United States. This role involves collaborating with finance teams throughout the North America region to enhance planning and reporting through the standardization of common functions, reporting to the Finance Manager. Responsibilities include supporting monthly, quarterly, and budget reporting and analysis for Regional North America and leading month-end close, forecast, and budget processes for Corporate Costs. The role also facilitates meetings with senior executives to explain financials and drive informed decision-making and creates ad-hoc analysis reports to identify opportunities for Corporate functions and teams. Promoting standardization, process efficiencies, and system automation are also important elements of the job.
