Key Responsibilities:
- Intake and Scoping: Partner with Sales to scope mobile deployment requirements, qualify handoffs, and assess alignment with supported models.
- Customer Conversations: Lead deployment planning with customer IT teams, recommend deployment models, and set clear expectations.
- App Configuration and Submission: Configure builds in Starship system, manage iOS certificates and provisioning profiles, and handle App Store submissions.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Apple App Store Connect, TestFlight, and rejection management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Play Console, including release management and Data Safety.
- Familiarity with enterprise mobile distribution models like Apple Business Manager and MDM/MAM.
What Success Looks Like:
- New apps launch on schedule with predictable execution.
- Quarterly custom releases are delivered with minimal disruption.
- Customers understand deployment requirements before implementation.
