SRE / Platform Engineer

The Role:

• Take day-to-day operation of the platform off the CTO and own production for Linro's control plane and customer installations.
• Make the install fleet boring with provisioning, maintenance windows, and safe auto-upgrades across SaaS and self-hosted installs.

What You Will Do:

• Own SLOs, alerting, on-call, and blameless postmortems for the control plane and every customer installation.
• Evolve the platform with Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, and local development environments, with guardrails for humans and AI agents.
• Produce audit-ready operations with backups, disaster recovery, and continuity tests for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

What We Are Looking For:

• Hands-on operation of AWS, GCP, or Azure in production, with AWS preferred.
• 3+ years running production Kubernetes with Helm, including debugging OOMs, resource limits, and failed rollouts.
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Go or Python, and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.

• We work remotely across Europe, async by default, and protect people's focus time.
• On-call is part of this role, compensated and with an open rotation.
• Quarterly in-person offsite somewhere in Europe for a few days.
