Engineering Manager

Help grow and support our engineering team. ReadMe has a strong, people-first engineering culture, and we’re excited to find someone who will help us nurture it as we scale. You’ll maintain and expand the culture of the company, have a say in the roadmap, and mentor engineers to make sure they’re able to be the best versions of themselves. All our managers stay hands-on with the product and collaborate closely with other teams to build a seamless user journey.
