What You'll Do:
- Pull, sort, and analyze data to determine member eligibility.
- Coordinate care that is timely, effective, and member-centric.
- Manage case assignments, including outreach and documentation.
What You'll Need:
- Current IL Registered Nurse License.
- Minimum of five years of experience in health care settings.
- Knowledge of utilization review and managed care.
