Position Summary:
- Oversees maintenance programs across multiple remote workforce accommodations.
- Ensures all camp infrastructure, systems, and equipment are maintained to operational and regulatory standards.
- Plays a key leadership role in planning, budgeting, executing, and documenting maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical support and leadership to site-based maintenance teams.
- Monitor asset condition and identify potential risks or deficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance leadership.
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
