Job Description
Client Support:
-Deliver evidence-based perinatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum support to clients in a virtual setting.
-Create personalized care plans under Pomelo guidelines to support birthing people through their pregnancy and postpartum journeys.
-Connect with families from diverse backgrounds virtually, using Pomelo-provided telehealth platforms and video conferencing tools.
Client Engagement:
-Confirm client’s program eligibility, communicate guidelines, and proactively engage with clients via SMS and phone calls.
-Match clients to local in-person doulas, leveraging Pomelo’s network and local recruitment efforts.
-Facilitate client handoffs with matched in-person doulas.
Administrative & Compliance:
-Document all client interactions in a timely manner, adhering to billing practices and guidelines.
-Leverage Pomelo’s technology suite to improve efficiency.
-Participate in regular team meetings, supervision sessions, and professional development activities.
