Principal Biostatistician

Serve as a statistical department resource, mentor biostatisticians on job skills and develop training plans. Direct the activities of other biostatistics personnel on assigned projects to ensure timely completion of high quality work, providing independent review. Support all statistical tasks during the project lifecycle, from protocol to CSR and prepare Statistical Analysis Plans. May be responsible as Lead Biostatistician for the statistical aspects of the protocol and creation of randomization schedules. Create or review programming specifications and review study documentation. Implement company objectives and address business challenges. Manage scheduling, set goals, and communicate any difficulties with meeting timelines. Provide statistical programming support and participate in Data Safety Monitoring Board activities. Minimal travel may be required.
