Serve as a statistical department resource and mentor biostatisticians. Direct activities of other biostatistics personnel on assigned projects to ensure timely completion of high quality work. Provide support across all statistical tasks during the lifecycle of the project, from protocol to CSR. Develop, manage, and optimize Snowflake data models and pipelines across six structured environments. Implement zero-copy cloning, data masking, and row access policies for privacy-compliant development workflows. Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and dbt to deploy infrastructure and data transformations. Troubleshoot data issues, optimize queries, and manage deployments in UAT/PREPROD/PROD.

Serve as technical lead and solution architect for a Snowflake Lakehouse platform. Design, implement, and govern multi-environment architecture. Define and enforce best practices in zero-copy cloning and access control policy design. Architect CI/CD workflows for infrastructure and data pipelines and lead data ingestion, transformation, and provisioning strategies.
