Squad Leader

Looking for a Squad Leader to work on one of our projects. Responsibilities include leading a team of software developers and ensuring that they are working collaboratively towards common goals. You will also ensure that the team is delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget and desired requirements. Providing coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance is also a great part of this role. You will also identify and mitigate risks that may impact the team's ability to deliver on time and within budget, creating a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement. Finally, you will foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication within the team and with other stakeholders, and ensure that the team is following best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, security and continuous integration and deployment.
