Healthcare Fellows Engagement Manager

We are looking for an individual who loves to help others succeed and connect people to one another for mutual benefit. As a talent development organization, we are building an ever-expanding community of well-trained healthcare reformers across the country, continually helping people find impactful policy roles; meet peers, mentors, and experts who can help them in their current jobs; and deepen their knowledge and experiences in the healthcare reform arena. The fellows engagement manager will focus primarily on this work. The Fellows Engagement Manager will facilitate conversations between current fellows on the organization’s online community platform, as well as 1:1 meetings between fellows and HRA leaders to discuss fellows’ career goals and plans. This role will curate and share interesting healthcare policy content, assist with social media content creation, and assist with the planning and execution of twice-a-year, in-person fly-in weekends for HRA cohorts.
