What You'll Do:
- Shape product outcomes across Delivery & Fulfillment.
- Define and refine problem spaces with Product and Ops partners
- Lead discovery that’s grounded in the field by partnering with Ops, Support, and Research.
What You Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role.
- Experience designing for complex, multi-step journeys, ideally in areas like logistics, delivery, fulfillment, operations tools, or multi-sided marketplaces.
- A track record of shaping what teams work on, not just how it looks.
