Leadership and Management:

Technical Responsibilities:
Translate business goals into executable technical plans in partnership with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture.
Drive platform improvements in security, reliability, scalability, and performance.
Establish processes for CI/CD, code quality, observability, and documentation to strengthen software delivery.
Agile and Delivery:
Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery by managing sprint cadence and backlog health.
Coordinate dependencies and remove blockers to maintain delivery rhythm.
Proven success leading Agile teams, balancing speed, quality, and accountability.
