Play a critical role in the execution, management, and submission of power of attorney documentation, address of record, and SIDES changes for client accounts. Youโll also be responsible for contact management and overseeing the daily operations of a client data role. Your work will involve close collaboration with new and existing clients, our teams, and state agency personnel to ensure seamless and efficient processes.
Create the process flow for power of attorney documents. Establish and maintain address of record and SIDES documentation. Resolve delays in the POA process, keeping everything on track. Maintain accurate client contact information. Oversee daily operations related to client data management. Communicate with internal staff and state agencies. Provide status updates for audit resolutions. Track tasks and follow up on alerts to ensure smooth operations.
