Behavioral Health Department Manager

Blackbird Clinical Services is seeking a fully remote Behavioral Health Manager to join their growing team. This role involves hiring, managing, leading, and supporting contract Behavioral Health Therapists. The ideal candidate is an experienced child or adolescent clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) with experience building and retaining a Therapist team while ensuring high quality of patient care and outcomes. The manager will hold and maintain a patient case load, contribute to the wellbeing of Blackbird patients and families, scale a clinical team, establish programs for provider learning, and build a community with the provider network. The role also involves facilitating product improvements, solving provider and patient issues, and working in cross-functional settings.
