The Events Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the execution of a broad range of high-impact events that elevate Transcarent’s brand presence, deepen consultant and client relationships, and support employee engagement. This position will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, partnerships, and people teams to ensure seamless coordination of events ranging from major national industry conferences to internal all-hands meetings.
This role involves collaborating with the Consultant Relations team to support Transcarent’s presence at consultant forums and thought leadership events, coordinating logistics and vendor relationships. They will also support event planning for national industry events, plan and execute regional activations, and partner with sales teams to align events with business development initiatives.
Additionally, this role supports internal events, managing event tech and communications. They will track timelines, budgets, KPIs, and feedback, creating event briefs and managing post-event analytics to inform future planning.
