Job Description

As the Customer Support Specialist, you'll resolve customer inquiries via ticketing. Work involves assisting with purchases, refunds, and payment issues. You'll also provide information on Linux Foundation Training & Certification products, exam registrations, and policies.

This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues. You will escalate complex issues to senior team members. Act as a liaison to technical support teams.

Requires understanding customer needs and offering timely solutions. Learn technologies and tools independently as needed. Have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
