Responsibilities:
- Develop software using the Pega platform to support a large-scale IT system and deliver high-quality solutions within planned sprint timelines.
- Collaborate with solution architects and Business Analysts to ensure architecture compliance and adherence to design and development standards.
- Test, debug, and monitor application performance using Pega's built-in tools, including performance monitors and database traces.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in an Engineering discipline or related field and at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x application development.
- Minimum of 3 years of Java development experience with strong object-oriented analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Expertise beyond the Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) level; Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Pega architecture, Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO), and integrations including REST/SOAP APIs.
Additional Information:
- Selected candidates will be required to complete fingerprinting at a government facility and undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
- Experience with Pega Healthcare Foundation framework, Kubernetes, container orchestration tools, and Pega Deployment Manager is a plus.
