Finance Associate, FP&A

Nutrafol is seeking an inquisitive, data-driven, and entrepreneurial Finance Associate - FP&A who will be responsible for analyzing and leveraging data to support strategic and financial decision-making across a dynamic and fluid organization. As a key member of the finance team, you will enhance Nutrafol’s operating model, analyze capital allocation decisions, and provide ongoing guidance to the Nutrafol executive team. This is an amazing opportunity to gain real-life, in-depth business operating experience as you’ll be working closely with teams across the organization on a variety of challenges and opportunities. Own, maintain, and enhance company financial and operating models: adapting and making improvements according to changing business needs, as well as providing insights informed by them. Support annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes. Provide monthly financial variance analysis and run budget/operational review meetings with department heads. Provide strategic guidance using analytics initiatives such as business/economic/financial modeling and analysis based on multiple data sources. Work closely with department leads to provide analytical support, assist with optimizing resource allocation, and proactively identify operational improvements. Use Tableau and QuickBooks to mine and analyze data in order to provide leadership with learnings and recommendations.
