Marketing Campaign Specialist

Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations, we are seeking an organized Marketing Campaign Specialist to manage client/prospect events, execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, and ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives. This role combines event coordination, field marketing, and campaign execution with strong project management using JIRA. Responsibilities include event and field marketing by planning and executing client/prospect entertainment events, coordinating trade shows and field marketing events, supporting the sales team with prospect engagements, and tracking event ROI. The candidate will also handle campaign execution, manage email campaigns, coordinate campaign assets, monitor performance, and manage timelines in JIRA. Furthermore, they will support lead management processes, maintain campaign tracking, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
