Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Nutrafol is searching for a QA Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate will combine technical know-how, critical thinking, and relentless attention to detail to ensure deliverables are top quality. Responsibilities: Manually test the Nutrafol mobile app and Nutrafol website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues in a modified Agile process that adapts quickly to creative change. Find, clearly report, and track bugs and other defects in JIRA, working in close collaboration with the QA lead, product managers, and developers to solve issues. Test the mobile app across multiple devices and iOS/Android versions. Test e-commerce site across desktop, mobile, and tablet viewports and devices, as well as test across different browsers. Ability to quickly understand testing tasks and follow through on testing in a timely manner.
