New Manager / Sr. Manager, Technical Operations

AI-Enabled Operations:

• Apply AI/agentic tooling to DevOps and infrastructure work, including automated remediation and anomaly detection.
• Use AI for InfoSec tasks like log/alert triage and compliance evidence collection, with human sign-off on security-critical items.
• Set guardrails for safe AI adoption in a regulated environment, balancing speed with compliance.

DevOps & Infrastructure:

• Own reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AWS-native infrastructure (Lambda, Step Functions, Kinesis, etc.).
• Drive CI/CD maturity and infrastructure-as-code practices (SAM/CloudFormation/Terraform) across environments.
• Manage observability, on-call rotations, and incident response to reduce MTTR.

Information Security & Compliance:

• Own the security posture of a HIPAA- and CMS-regulated platform, including policies, controls, and audit readiness.
• Lead SOC 2 / HIPAA compliance programs, vendor security reviews, and incident response.
• Partner with engineering on secure-by-default practices like secrets management and least-privilege IAM.

IT Operations:

• Manage corporate IT including employee onboarding, endpoint management, SSO/identity, and helpdesk support.
• Own vendor and SaaS management, procurement, and access reviews.
• Build scalable, self-serve IT processes appropriate for the company's headcount.
