Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Observabilidade

The Site Reliability Engineer will work in a platform area, providing internal tools and products for all of the company's technology teams. The main goal is to increase productivity, stability, efficiency, and minimize risks for internal clients. Main contributions are related to cloud and on-premise infrastructure, observability, automation, incident management, delivery pipelines, and other technologies to guarantee the availability of the company´s systems. Responsibilities also include ensuring the functioning of observability tools, creating and acting on alerts and/or incidents, identifying improvement opportunities, contributing to the evolution of the observability solutions architecture, and mentoring people on observability, resilience, and reliability practices.
