Network and Systems Engineer

The Network and Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and management of local and wide area networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role involves managing network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, and UPSs. Essential duties include system maintenance and upgrades, network administration, and security management. The engineer will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, as well as develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures. Collaboration with other IT team members and various departments is crucial, along with participation in IT projects. Additional responsibilities include managing VoIP and telephony systems, administering video conferencing solutions, and managing load balancers. Assisting with development, engineering, and maintenance of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is also required. Regular travel to M3USA sites as needed (20-30%).
