Job Description
Seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital channels. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition, increasing ROI, and supporting full-funnel marketing strategies through paid search, paid social, programmatic, and other performance channels. Essential duties include managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic display/retargeting, and CTV platforms, implementing conversion tracking, developing paid media and retargeting strategies, monitoring campaign performance daily, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with creative and analytics teams. Candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising and proficiency in campaign analytics tools.
