Job Description
Develop concepts and solutions for HR digitization and successfully support clients in implementing "Change & Transformation". As an "Engagement Manager," take on delivery responsibility for implementing innovative HR architectures at the client's site. Act as a central point of contact and "Trusted Advisor" for your own team and the client's employees. Lead workshops to define, reengineer, improve, and gap-analyze current/future business processes with key client sponsors and stakeholders. Identify areas for process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and develop detailed solution recommendations, including advantages, disadvantages, and risks. Moderate discussions and drive decisions regarding customer processes. Maintain and expand your relevant knowledge, especially regarding certifications and current best practices.
