CDI Nurse

About the Role:

• You will provide clinical documentation and risk adjustment review for Tendo's QDI Services customers, working in real time with physicians and APPs.
• You will manage a daily assigned review queue and communicate directly on documentation gaps.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily review queue and identify documentation opportunities.
• Develop and follow up on compliant provider queries.
• Participate in provider education and quality assurance activities.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of CDI and acute-care nursing experience.
• Active RN license in good standing and CCDS certification.
• Epic experience and knowledge of risk adjustment methodology.
