The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in supporting the Medical Imaging Business Development team. This role focuses on early identification of sponsors and CROs, building a strong pipeline, and ensuring seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to the Medical Imaging BD team. The SDR also manages RFP administration, strategy call coordination, and change order follow-up, ensuring all activities are accurately tracked in Salesforce. The SDR drives opportunity development by identifying sponsors and CROs early in the sales cycle, building and qualifying pipeline opportunities and handing off qualified leads to the Medical Imaging BD team. Maintaining oversight of opportunities in Salesforce Supports RFP and proposal processes by acknowledging receipt of RFPs and communicating with clients for complete information, entering opportunities and uploading supplemental materials into the CRM system, administering pricing tools and managing proposal deliverables. Ensures smooth sales operations by following up on change order contracts and managing close dates in Salesforce, supporting sales account teams in business-generating efforts.
