About the role:
- Work alongside experienced analysts on analyses that target the drivers of incarceration.
- Carry out well-defined analyses, build visualizations, and support product launches by preparing data.
- Communicate findings to internal teams and present to state partners.
Core responsibilities:
- Explore datasets to find patterns and insights about American criminal justice systems.
- Support product launches by following launch processes and flagging data discrepancies.
- Build clear, well-documented visualizations and dashboards using existing tools.
