Job Description
As a Staff SRE at P2P.org, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Solana validator infrastructure. The role involves implementing and improving validation, monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks to ensure reliability, observability, and audit readiness. Analyzing and optimizing network and infrastructure topologies to meet strict performance, availability, and security requirements is crucial. The role also includes developing automation scripts, playbooks, and CI/CD integrations to eliminate manual operations and improve deployment velocity. Proficiency with Docker and experience with Infrastructure-as-Code solutions is expected.
