Write user stories and document requirements for features including AI-driven ones.
Communicate requirements to design and engineering teams and support wireframe creation.

Development Sprints:

Work in an Agile (Scrum) process, explaining requirements and providing feedback to developers.
Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure features meet product intent.
Build evaluation frameworks for AI features, including test cases and quality rubrics.

Product Support:

Gather user feedback to inform backlog prioritization and the product roadmap.
Respond to user help requests and document bugs.
Create training resources and support cross-functional coordination.
