Responsibilities:
- Participate in discovery, problem solving, and UX workshops to brainstorm product improvements.
- Write user stories and document requirements for features including AI-driven ones.
- Communicate requirements to design and engineering teams and support wireframe creation.
Development Sprints:
- Work in an Agile (Scrum) process, explaining requirements and providing feedback to developers.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure features meet product intent.
- Build evaluation frameworks for AI features, including test cases and quality rubrics.
Product Support:
- Gather user feedback to inform backlog prioritization and the product roadmap.
- Respond to user help requests and document bugs.
- Create training resources and support cross-functional coordination.
