Responsibilities:
- Supervise, guide, and mentor project advocates.
- Review customer requests and assign project advocates.
- Monitor team workload and project progress.
Support and Facilitation:
- Facilitate project advocates to ensure decision points are completed.
- Assist with Chief Plan Examiners and other central plan examination units.
- Coordinate with Enforcement and Development inspection units.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Report project portfolio status to Department Executives.
- Evaluate team member performance.
- Analyze processes for plan examination and inspections.
