This role is ideal for someone who excels at making architectural decisions in ambiguous situations and balances technical rigor with business pragmatism. You will lead and facilitate design reviews, guiding teams on microservices, DDD, hexagonal architecture, and event-driven design. The role involves cloud-native, Kubernetes-based solutions with deep AWS expertise and cost optimization using FinOps practices. The candidate should also mentor engineers and foster strong architectural thinking across teams. Involvement in on-call rotations for critical production systems is required.
