Job Description
Shape how thousands of SaaS companies grow their affiliate programs and leave your fingerprints all over our next growth chapter. You'll report to an experienced leadership team, and you'll BE the leadership! Develop and execute a clear marketing strategy to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth. Build and scale the company's affiliate and partner marketing program, working directly with partners. Lead all paid and organic acquisition channels (PPC, SEO, content, social, email, influencer, etc.).
Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI and smart allocation across channels. Collaborate with the rest of the team to align messaging, positioning, and go-to-market priorities. Build a data-driven performance culture — define metrics, run experiments, and optimize continuously. Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering ownership, creativity, and growth. Represent the marketing voice in company strategy discussions.
